Grasshoppers accepts children from ages new born - to five. Please submit your wait list application by completing the form , click on the link below.
We will contact you when we have an opening for your child. We do not charge a wait list application fee, although we do require a deposit to reserve placement if your child is accepted into our program. Contact us and we will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding our program.

Looking for financial assistance for daycare or early childhood education costs? You may qualify for a subsidy or grant from the provincial government. Learn about the Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative and the Affordable Childcare Benefit programs designed to support BC families.
Childcare Fee Intiative
The Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative is a provincially funded child care subsidy that provides funds to reduce child care costs for BC families. Parents of children up to kindergarten age can save up to $900 per month per child in monthly tuition fees. Parents do not need to apply to access this daycare subsidy.
Affordable Childcare Benefit
The Affordable Childcare Benefit is for families with a household income under $111,000. Based on your child’s age, family size, and type of care. Families need to apply for this benefit directly with the government and must renew their application each year.
